On becoming an unforgettable organisation

"At Carryou Ministry we realise how important it is to remain motivated and, as such, we constantly work towards keeping all stakeholders motivated," says Carryou Ministry, General Manager, Rev. Lawrence Mabaso.
"We adopted the theme -- ARISE and SHINE -- to help uplift the poor, rebuild their dignity and see to their needs.
"We depend entirely on Almighty God to help us render appropriate, fast and relevant services to all our beneficiaries," he says, "and daily morning prayers from 08:00 to 08:30 have been an important part of our work for the past seven years.
"Our financial sustenance, improvement in the quality of our service and the rising number of people we service, is proof that God is with us. Our theme is not only to motivate ourselves but also to provide inspiration to those who are down-trodden, to Arise and Shine," says Rev. Mabaso.

Attitude

"Through our positive and respectful attitude towards internal clients (staff and governing body), as well as external clients such as beneficiaries, funders, stakeholders and competitors, we have managed to stay focused on the task at hand. But we cannot ignore the fact that God's providence and love for humanity is assisting us in this regard.
"In times of scarcity we never give up and in times of sufficiency we conduct ourselves with pride and self-respect," he says.
"Our theme is taken from lessons in the Bible where the Good Samaritan not only saw helpless victims but also saw an opportunity to offer the BEST possible service to them.
"This selfless act will be remembered throughout the ages and we believe, if we remain focused and continue with the right attitude, Carryou Ministry will also be an unforgettable organisation that makes a difference in this world," Rev. Mabaso says.
