More wonderful help from the US

Sue Heywood reads to the kids at the Toekomsrus Drop-in Centre
"Wow! We are truly blessed to have such kind and caring friends in the United States!" says Rev. Lawrence Mbaso, General Manager at Carryou Ministry.
Through the efforts of American friend, Sue Heywood and the magnificent generosity of many people in her community, Carryou will soon receive a donation of $13 600 (approximately (R119 000).
The money will be used to sponsor orphans and child and granny-headed households, in and around Randfontein and pay for desperately needed repairs to the Toekomsrus Drop-in Centre. There will also be money allocated for the purchase of story books for little ones at both Toekomsrus and Elandsvlei and the cash ($1 300) raised by the third grade pupils of Tuxedo Park School has been specifically earmarked to buy story and picture books for the second and third grades at Mablemong Primary School in Wheatlands.
In addition, specific orphans will receive financial aid and extra food parcels will be bought.
"I am overwhelmed and deeply humbled by the kindness of friends so far away," says Rev. Mabaso. "Their generosity will touch many, many lives."
